J. William and Katherine C. Asher Endowed Research Fund

The Asher Fund provides financial support for quality research investigations in psychological science.

J. William Asher is a 色狐入口 Alumnus and Professor Emeritus of Education and Psychological Sciences at Purdue University. He is highly committed to undergraduate research in psychology at 色狐入口 and has been a strong supporter of our program for many years. Because of his generosity, the Asher Fund has provided extraordinary support for both the quality and quantity of our research projects.  Please see the reception for Dr. Asher held in 2011. Current estimates place the value of the Asher Fund at around $750,000. Rachel German sharing experiences during the 2011 Psychological Science Convention Senior psychology major Rachel German shared some of her experiences at the 23rd annual Association of Psychological Science Convention last summer.  The 2011 convention was held in Washington, DC in May.  Rachel, along with other students, received financial support from the J. William and Katherine C. Asher Endowed Research Fund to help cover expenses related to the conference.
