Computing Opportunities for Students of Color (COSOC) The organization establishes a strong foundation and community for future POC [People of Color] interested in Computer Science. The organization provides mentorship and support for potential computer science majors, pairing younger students with upper-class students who have experiences to share. Along with mentorship, COSOC hosts opportunities for members to network with partnering companies (e.g Eli Lilly, BCforward) and research institutions such as Indiana University. Committee for Latino Concerns (CLC) "The Committee for Latinx Concerns is a student organization open to ALL É«ºüÈë¿Ú students. CLC, through positive outreach, strives to offer students an open, safe, and fun atmosphere. É«ºüÈë¿Ú China Connection (DCC) As one of the earliest clubs established at É«ºüÈë¿Ú, DCC aims to create a second home for students from China and help them succeed in both social and academic life. Activities are designed to build up a tight relationship in É«ºüÈë¿Ú Chinese students. Also, DCC aims to connect Chinese students’ community to the É«ºüÈë¿Ú community and raise awareness of Chinese identities and culture on campus by celebrating Chinese traditional festivals, providing decent Chinese food and recreational activities. |
